Frequently Asked Question

  • What if my baby is in breech position?

Breech position is when the baby's head is located at the top of your uterus & feet are down. If you do know that your baby is in breech position prior to your 3D/4D ultrasound, we do advise you to reschedule your appointment a few weeks later to allow more time for the baby to turn. Good pictures can be obtained with breech babies, but they are not guaranteed & are much more likely if the baby head is down. However some babies remain breech until very late in the pregnancy or never turn, if this is the case you can still do a 3D/4D ultrasound and we should be able to get good images if you have plenty of amniotic fluid.

  • Do you provide still pictures and video of the session?

Most of our 4D sessions include a recording of your session on USB . Since majority of your session is spent in a 3D/4D mode, we will capture it all for you on a USB , so you can get entertained from this life time experience again and again. Depending on the package you have chosen ,a USB contains your whole session recording and digital still images of your baby on it. USB contains as many best images as we can during the session ,which varies from baby to baby depending on their activity and positioning. You can use your USB , to print baby photos ,and email to family and friends, post on Facebook etc. Your USB along with still pictures will also have full video of your whole session performed by our Sonographer.

  • Can I see my baby if I wait greater than 34 weeks?

Yes with appropriate fluid and movement the images and expressions are remarkable. Check my facebook account for examples.

  • What if we are not able to get images?

It is our number one priority at Meet Your Baby to obtain the absolute best images of your baby & make sure you are satisfied to the maximum. We use the top of the line ultrasound equipment to ensure this, however, some factors that determine the outcome of your ultrasound are out of our control such as: location of your placenta, the amount of amniotic fluid surrounding your baby, the clarity of the amniotic fluid, the baby's position, & the overall fetal environment. If we are unable to determine the gender of your child or obtain 3D/4D images at your scheduled appointment due to these factors mentioned above, you will be asked to reschedule & come back for a second appointment within the next 14 days .

  • How much does it cost?

We have different packages to fit to anyone's budget. Please refer to our packages section of the website for pricing.

I had such a wonderful experience at Meet Your Baby. The woman who performed our scan was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. She never made us feel rushed and truly took her time to make sure we had the best possible experience. Our baby wasn’t very active at first, but she let us stay as long as we needed until we were finally able to see lots of movement, which meant so much to us. Her calm and gentle approach made the whole experience feel very special. As someone who has previously experienced a loss, I really appreciated how compassionate and reassuring she was throughout the appointment. It made a big difference and helped ease a lot of my anxiety. Overall, it was such a positive and comforting experience. I’m very grateful and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a caring and personalized ultrasound experience. 1
