Frequently Asked Question
-
Does this replaces an Ultrasound at my doctor's office ?
ABSOLUTELY NOT- Women seeking a prenatal Ultrasound with Meet Your Baby, may already be receiving treatment with a health care provider for prenatal care and have already undergone a medical, diagnostic Ultrasound , ordered by their health care provider to confirm their due date, and screen for fetal anomalies, and to look for any other pregnancy related issues. During the ultrasound session , we confirm the heart beat, the number of babies in the pregnancy, the position of the baby, and the placental location. Please note, that at no time this exam replaces a regular diagnostic Ultrasound.

Will I always get great images of my baby?
Most of the time we are able to get great images, but not always. Sometimes if the baby is looking facing down toward mom's spine we are unable to get images, same happens if the baby is laying against the placenta. Every baby scans differently, depending on its gestational age, position, amount of fluid, and mother's condition. We promise to make every possible efforts to obtain the best possible images of what ever parts of the baby that can be seen.
-
If I am over weight , will I be able to get clear ultrasound images?
If you are overweight you should not be afraid to have a 4D elective ultrasound, however we strongly urge that you wait until after 30 weeks gestation to give the baby time to obtain more fat on their face. If you are over weight you will need to have a VERY high level of amniotic fluid to obtain clear images of the baby. If you drink the recommend amount of water in the weeks leading up to your appointment there is no reason you should not be able to obtain great images.

9 month agoI had an amazing first appt w Zahida. It was easy to schedule my appt from her website. No phone tag or emailing back and forth. Her studio is clean and welcoming. I will be back for my gender appt and subsequent ultrasounds to see this little bean. I highly recommend her! Thank you Zahida! 1

1 year agoWe had an ultrasound with Zahida. We wanted to listen to the heart beat of the baby. It was truly a wonderful experience. She was kind and walked us through the process. We did have a few questions which she answered for us a well. We left happy and smiling.
